Start With the Right Office
This is not a government office or records custodian. It cannot pull records, certify copies, confirm who lives at an address, or change a roll. For an emergency, call 911. If someone is being stalked or harassed, contact local law enforcement.
Looking for a Specific Record?
Choose the page that matches the record question:
- Address and owner: use the Saratoga Springs Street Directory and the Utah County Assessor or Recorder.
- Historical volumes: use the Saratoga Springs Directory Book for regional directories and newspaper routes.
- One person: use the Saratoga Springs Resident Lookup workflow.
- ZIP geography: use Saratoga Springs ZIP Codes and USPS.
- Records not online: request an existing record under Utah’s Government Records Access and Management Act, known as GRAMA.

What to Include in a Message
Give the custodian enough detail to locate an existing record without asking staff to create a new report. Include the record type, name, address, parcel serial, case number, entry number, date range, preferred format, and the reason a correction is needed. Do not send sensitive information unless the official form requires it.
