1. What This Reference Is
Saratoga Springs Residents Directory describes and links to property, land, voter, court, vital, city, library, newspaper, business, license, cemetery, and historical sources. It hosts no Utah government record and is not affiliated with Saratoga Springs City Hall, Utah County, Utah courts, state agencies, libraries, or any records custodian.
2. Lawful Use Rules
Use the pages only for a lawful personal, family-history, reconnecting, civic, archival, or safety purpose. Do not:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm another person.
- Use records to locate someone protected by an order or confidentiality program.
- Commit identity theft, fraud, deception, or unauthorized access.

The operator may revise these terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after the revision means acceptance of the new wording.
10. Access Restrictions
Access may be blocked or limited when a visitor violates these terms, abuses a search feature, threatens the service, or attempts unauthorized collection. Restriction may occur without advance notice.
11. Utah Law Applies
These terms are governed by Utah law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Utah’s Government Records Access and Management Act, Utah Code Title 63G, Chapter 2, governs applicable public-record request routes; it does not make every record public or require an office to create a new resident profile. Utah stalking law is addressed in Utah Code section 76-5-106.5.
12. Severability
If a court finds one part unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent the law allows.
